Class Attendance
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. Your instructor will let you into the room when it’s time to start.
Doors close 5 minutes after the class begins. You will not be allowed into class after the 5 minute grace period.

If you do not show up to class, you will lose your class credit and be charged a $20 fee.

Use the app to cancel a minimum of two hours before the class start time for your class credit back. If you cancel within two hours of the class start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 and lose your class credit.

Make sure to text the studio so we don’t charge you a no show or late cancel fee.
Class Equipment
Pole sharing is permitted in all classes.
Towels & alcohol spray bottles are provided. Hand sanitizer is in the lobby.
We recommend you bring a yoga mat, knee pads, pole grip and heels to classes. Studio provided yoga mats, crash mats and yoga blocks are first come first serve.

It’s free to upgrade your membership! For example, you have our Purple membership and want to upgrade to our Platinum membership.
We require a $45 downgrade charge. For example, you have our Purple membership and want to downgrade to our Pink membership.

You can freeze your membership for 1 month limited to medical or family emergencies.
We require a $100 cancellation fee and a 30 day notice for all of our memberships.
