Test Out Week

The last week of every month is test out week! When you are ready to move up a level, test out with your instructor during this week. We have performance charts posted on our studio wall, the pink words on the chart are your test out moves!

What does waitlist mean?

When our class is full, you can join our waitlist! You will get a text or email notification if you get automatically moved into the class. If you don’t end up getting a class spot, you will receive your class credit back to reschedule for another class.

What should I bring to class?

It’s a great idea to have a bag with pole clothes, socks, knee pads, a yoga mat, grip, and heels. You will use these items frequently. We have cubbies in each studio to put your bag and other personal belongings. Also bring a water bottle if you wish, we do sell water bottles and have drinking fountains.

What should I wear to class?

We want you to be comfortable at our studio. You can wear pole clothes, strip club attire or regular gym clothes. It’s completely up to you.
