Private Party Terms & Conditions

 Thank you for booking your party with Pole Body and Arts! We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please see important party details below. Email, text or call us with any questions! 

Payments/Refunds/Waivers

The minimum payment was made at the time of booking, additional guest spots may be purchased using this link if you did not pay for them when you booked: Extra People $35 Charge We have a no refund policy. You can reschedule your party one time only if needed. Reschedule requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your party. 

All guests attending your party must complete an online profile and waiver before they arrive at the studio, here is the link to send to your guests- Party Guest Sign In & Sign Waiver

What to wear

Please wear shorts or leggings and a comfortable shirt or sports bra. We recommend dancing barefoot, in socks or pole heels. Street heels are not allowed. You can wear some fishnets and lingerie if desired! You and your party guests have the entire room to yourselves. Only your host will be in the room with you so feel comfortable to wear whatever you wish.

Do not wear any lotion the day of your party in order to get the best grip on the poles. Please remove any jewelry on your fingers and wrists to protect our poles from getting scratched.

What to bring

You are allowed to bring light snacks and drinks to your party. Alcohol is allowed for those 21 years old and older. We do not provide any ice, utensils, cups, plates or napkins. We provide a 6-foot table, tablecloth and chairs for you to use. Please note that no smoking, vaping or hookah is allowed inside the studio or outside on the balcony.

Where to go

Charlotte: Park in the upper parking lot, up the hill, to the left of the Triveni restaurant. We are on the top 3rd level, Suite 350 beside Exit Strategy. We have 2 staircases that lead to our studio from the upper parking lot. We have an elevator on the left side of the building by City Kitch if needed.

Early/Late to Your Party

If you are late to your party, we will not extend your party time. You are allowed to bring decorations and set up for your party. Your set up time is included in your party time. If you show up before your scheduled time, the doors might be locked. We keep doors locked during classes, private lessons, and parties for privacy. The instructors will unlock the doors 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to show you around the studio.

Your party ends at the exact time you are scheduled to end. If you bring food and/or drinks, make sure to clean up and be ready to go at the scheduled time. We book back-to-back parties and need the time to clean up for the next party. 

Adding Last Minute Party Guests

We do not accept cash payments at the door. Any last-minute party guests need to purchase using this link- Extra People $35 Charge

Tip Your Hosts!

We pride ourselves on hiring the best instructors for your special occasion! They will make sure to show you and your guests a memorable time! They accept cash tips and will also have QR code tip sheets available to use as well.
