Fluidity happens when you focus on the details. In this workshop you’ll learn a sensual based pole sequence with my signature style. We will break down every portion of the flow & work on creating a more fluid flow as you dance. This sequence is made to dance at your own pace to any song that compels you to move. We will leave time at the end of class to slay the sequence together. Pole heels recommended but not required (wear socks if you don’t have heels) as well as knee pads. Beg/Int pole experience is recommended although if you have beginner experience w/ pole you are welcomed.
November 10th 6:45pm-8:15pm

In this workshop we will learn the foundations of Fish Flops, Other Flop Variations, Ass on a Platter, Other Platter Variations, Shoulder Roll Variations & Shoulder Balance/Stand Variations.
