Class Attendance

Classes start promptly at the scheduled time.

Your instructor will let you into the room when it’s time to start. Studio doors will be locked up until 15 minutes before class begins.

Doors close 5 minutes after the class begins. You will not be allowed into class after the 5 minute grace period.

Need to cancel or reschedule a class?

If you do not show up to class, you will lose your class credit and be charged a $20 fee.

Need to cancel or reschedule a class?

Use the app to cancel a minimum of two hours before the class start time for your class credit back. If you cancel within two hours of the class start time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 and lose your class credit.

Membership Details

Upgrade/ Downgrade Your Membership

It’s free to upgrade your membership! For example, you have our Purple membership and want to upgrade to our Platinum membership. Email us to upgrade.

We require a $45 downgrade charge. For example, you have our Purple membership and want to downgrade to our Pink membership. Email us to downgrade.

Cancel or Freeze Your Membership

You can freeze your membership for 1 month limited to medical or family emergencies.

We require a $100 cancellation fee and a 30 day notice for all of our memberships.

If you have an active membership and your card declines after 3 attempts, your account will be charged an additional $10.
