Train with some of the best pole fitness instructors in the Carolinas' to gain the knowledge and ability to safely teach students while earning a Pole Body & Arts instructor certification. This is not a hiring program.
Must be able to complete the intro to pole and pole essentials I test out moves.
If you can execute pole essentials III test out moves, this level is for you.
If you can properly perform the test out moves for Intermediate and perform well in Advanced classes, this level is for you.
Fireman spin, chair spin, fan kick, carousel spin, pole sit from the ground, and a forward and backwards spin on spin pole.
Forearm climb (static/spin), Basic Invert to leg hangs, shoulder mount chopper to crucifix, reverse shoulder mount, jasmine pose (aerial), brass monkey, and apprentice and any combo with three moves/spins from this level.
Aerial invert, Aerial shoulder mount, any grip of an Ayesha, torso switch and a combo of any three moves on spin and static rotation.
*If you have an active membership with PBA, it’ll be paused. You’ll change to an unlimited membership for 7 weeks*
You will meet with a PBA Instructor during Weeks 1-3, 5, and 7.
We host continued education events throughout the year on spotting and different topics.
We have books on stretching, strength and conditioning, and pole anatomy that you can utilize whenever you wish. Text the studio to check out any book!
