Welcome to the world of climbing! You’ve completed Pole Essentials I, now it’s time to go up the pole. In this class you will learn how to climb on both static and spin pole. You will also learn jasmine pose, upright aerial shapes and low flow combos.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials I
Active flexibility is all about having the strength to hold your poses and deepen your bends. This class combines working on our strength, range of motion and flexibility.
All Levels Welcome
This is your free time to practice everything you've been learning in classes. You can record, take pictures, practice and practice some more. An instructor will be in the room to assist as needed. You will not be taught anything new.

Once you've taken at least 1 Intro to pole class, go ahead and sign up for your first level class!
Prerequisite: Intro To Pole
We will learn sequences and transitions using the bottom third of the pole. This will feel like practicing short pieces of choreography without having to put it to a certain song. Bring a yoga mat, heels and knee pads for this class.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials II
This class focuses on developing the foundations to perform and refine invert movements. We will work on strength, mobility and mind body connection using both on and off the pole exercises. Each class will be broken into conditioning and skill work.

This class will get you ready for dynamic and advanced pole moves like Ayesha preparation and more! This will be mix off of both static and spin pole combos.
Prerequisite: Intermediate I

Exploration through dance styles such as fast and furious to harness your power, sultry and sensual to embrace your sexual energy, or feel-good contemporary flows to dance through your emotion. A variety of choreo and/or prompt work will be used to embrace who you are and encourage confidence inside and outside of the studio.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials II
This class will work on connecting students to their music through various activities and choreography of various genres. Beginner friendly!

This is a guided stretch and flexibility gaining class that is perfect for after care, release, and building blocks for a healthier body. This class will be a deep stretch and conditioning class. It will be intense but worth the reward!
REQUIRED ITEMS: Yoga mat, yoga blocks and a strap.

Once you have taken Intro to Pole at least once, you can now attend Pole Essentials I! The instructor will review the moves you learned in your first class and teach you new spins and transitions to apply in choreography and combinations around the pole.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole
Give me heels but inverted! Stilettos Up is all about becoming comfortable to do your tricks and choreography up and down the pole while wearing your 5-pound ankle weights, oops I mean heels.

This class rotates with Open Gym every other month.
Welcome to the world of climbing! You’ve completed Pole Essentials I, now it’s time to go up the pole. In this class you will learn how to climb on both static and spin pole. You will also learn jasmine pose, upright aerial shapes and low flow combos.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials I
This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and take your floor work to the next level. No pole is used in this class. Come ready to slink & slide around, and always remember your socks, kneepads, and leggings!

Hali's signature heels class is a one-hour choreography-based, low flow class that combines low pole tricks, transitions & spins, floor work, and fluidity. She loves to include heel clacks, hair whips, and booty smacks.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials II+
A hip hop class for anyone that loves music. Breaking down the fundamentals of movement, building confidence, stage presence and character. An open class dedicated to fun and the basics.

This class will go over the basics of ballet using proper terminology, hand and body placement. It will also encompass the use of a ballet barre and moving across the floor.

Let's go aerial! This class you will elevate your inversion skills up the pole with new shapes and inverted tricks! You will also learn shoulder mounts and brass monkey on both static and spin pole.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials III
Twerk Sum is a class that will challenge your core, legs, back, and hips to have you throwing that thang with the utmost confidence! Jump out of your comfort zone and into your favorite twerker ego. Don’t forget your kneepads and booty shorts! Comfortable sneakers are also highly recommended.

Are we upside down yet? YES! This class you will learn inverts, leg hangs and variations to go upside down. You will explore different inverted shapes and poses like butterfly and more. You got this!
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials II. Must have solid climbs and jasmine pose on static and spin pole.
Step into the world of fluid floor dynamics and experience the art of Effortless Floorplay - a unique dance class designed to awaken your inner grace and unleash cathartic movement. We will utilize the power of movement loops to teach mesmerizing short choreographies. Engage in mobility and flexibility training that nurtures your physical abilities.

Prerequisite: Intermediate I
Train your strength for pole by cross training with off the pole training including bodyweight, bands and weight training. Cross training can decrease your risk of injury, develop muscle capacity for performing pole moves and increase your stamina for doing pole combos.

Straighten your crown and own your curves! This class is all about fun, fitness and loving yourself! It will include choreography and combos on and off the pole for ALL sizes. This class really is for EVERY BODY!
