New to pole? You can start here! No experience is required to take this class. Let it be your first one! You can wear any comfortable workout clothing (t-shirt, sports bra, shorts or leggings) and we will be barefoot or you can wear socks for class.
Bring your socks and knee pads! In this class we'll learn to connect movements in a way that is true to you. You'll be prompted and challenged to explore pathways and transitions and develop your "flow".
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials I+
Welcome to the world of climbing! You’ve completed Pole Essentials I, now it’s time to go up the pole. In this class you will learn how to climb on both static and spin pole. You will also learn jasmine pose, upright aerial shapes and low flow combos. Let’s do this!
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials I
Are we upside down yet? YES! This class you will learn inverts, leg hangs and variations to go upside down. You will explore different inverted shapes and poses like butterfly and more. You got this!
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials II. Must have solid climbs and jasmine pose on static and spin pole.
Lets go aerial! This class you will elevate your inversion skills up the pole with new shapes and inverted tricks! You will also learn shoulder mounts and brass monkey on both static and spin pole.
Prerequisite: Pole Essentials III. Must have basic invert, crucifix and leg hangs from the ground.
This class will get you ready for dynamic and advanced pole moves like Ayesha preparation and more! This will be mix off of both static and spin pole combos. Increasing your aerial endurance and making your dream moves come true!
Prerequisite: Intermediate I. Must have solid aerial invert on static and spin, shoulder mount and brass monkey
Build your skills for executing acrobatic moves on the pole and soft acrobatics off the pole.
This class will focus on conditioning to build strength for holding your bodyweight on your arms, skill development for getting upside down and developing awareness of your body's position in space, and application of those skills and abilities to an acrobatic sequence.
Acrobatic moves using the pole will always be low to the ground; usually, with at least one hand, arm or shoulder on the ground.
Twerk Sum is a class that will challenge your core, legs, back, and hips to have you throwing that thang with the utmost confidence! Jump out of your comfort zone and into your favorite twerker ego. You will not only learn new impressive moves with exciting choreo, but you will also get an amazing workout that’ll have you coming back for more. Don’t forget your kneepads and booty shorts! Comfortable sneakers are also highly recommended.
Straighten your crown and own your curves! This class is all about fun, fitness and loving yourself! It will include choreography and combos on and off the pole for ALL sizes. This class really is for EVERY BODY!
If you've taken Intro to Pole at least once and are ready to work your stilettos around the pole, this class is for you! The instructor will review the moves you learned in your first class and teach you how to put those into combos and choreography with heels!
Come take what you have learned to spin pole! This class will focus on conditioning, control and flow on spin. You will build your strength to hold your favorite moves and control your spin while threading it into different styles of low flow choreography on spin pole and aerial sequences.
This conditioning class is focused on building strength and endurance for those strength based moves. A full body workout for the poler who wants to take their strength moves to the next level. We’ll use body weight, actual weights, and poles. Get ready to sweat!
Hali's signature heels class is a one hour choreography-based, low flow class that combines low pole tricks, transitions & spins, floor work, and fluidity. She loves to include heel clacks, hair whips, and booty smacks...so expect to feel like the baddest in the room, at the same time as being challenged in all the best ways! Come prepared to WERK, and make sure to bring your knee pads & heels to each class!
This is your free time to practice everything you've been learning in classes. You can record, take pictures, practice and practice some more. An instructor will be in the room to assist as needed. You will not be taught anything new. This is review time.
Give me heels but inverted! Stilettos Up is all about becoming comfortable to do your tricks and choreography up and down the pole while wearing your 5 pound ankle weights, oops I mean heels. If you’re comfortable inverting and would like to learn some aerial choreography and combos in heels, this is the class for you.
Climbing and inverting are challenging foundational movements necessary for performing many aerial tricks. As foundational moves, practicing them is never a wasted effort.
This class focuses on developing the foundations to perform and refine these movements. We will work on strength, mobility and mind body connection using both on and off the pole exercises. Each class will be broken into conditioning and skill work.
This hybrid choreo class focuses on guiding students to use pole dance as a vessel of self-love. Exploration through dance styles such as fast and furious to harness your power, sultry and sensual to embrace your sexual energy, or feel good contemporary flows to dance through your emotion. The goal is to discover YOUR pole vibes as you discover yourself. A variety of choreo and/or prompt work will be used to embrace who you are and encourage confidence inside and outside of the studio.

Dip your hands inside of this golden pool of goodies & emerge to the surface with undeniable gooey texture, patience, intention, & fluidity in your movement. The nature of this class can be inherently sensual & sometimes erotic, so while leaning into this vessel please do so at your own discretion & comfort! Freestyling & moving in front of & with your peers will happen regularly.
