Ever taken a pole class before? You can start here! You don't need any experience to start taking pole fitness classes. Let this class be your first one! You can wear any comfortable workout clothing (t-shirt, sports bra, shorts or leggings) and we will be barefoot for class.
Once you have taken Introductory I at least once, you can now attend Introductory II. The instructor will review the moves you learned in your first class and teach you how to put those into combos!
Welcome to the world of Climbs and Inverts! You've completed Pole Essentials I now it's time to go up the pole and upside down! This class will condition your climbs and basic inversions to leg hangs on both static and spin.
You will also learn upright aerial shapes and low flow combos. Let's do this!

This choreography based class will allow you to combine contemporary dance aspects to your pole technique. We will work on stylistic performance qualities, and it is a perfect opportunity to explore your unique pole flow!
Straighten your crown and own your curves! This class is all about fun, fitness, and learning to love yourself. It will include Intro level choreography and combos on and off the pole for ALL sizes. This class really is for EVERY BODY!
Come take what you have learned to spin pole! This class will focus on conditioning, control and flow on spin. You will build your strength to hold your favorite moves and control your spin while threading it into a flowy combo!
This is Tiffany's Choreography based class using the pole. This class will use different types of music, different level of movements and some attitude. Heels, socks, and knee pads are some supplies you might want to bring for class!
Beginner friendly choreography-based class involving fierce dance moves on and around a chair. These fun routines will have you feeling confident in no time while also improving your core strength and coordination. We will vary between moving from the floor to the chair to bring all elements together.
This class starts with a warm up including basic dance technique breakdown and drills then jumps right into a fun routine designed to get your body moving and your heart pumping.
This conditioning class is focused on building strength and endurance for those strength based moves. A full body workout for the poler who wants to take their strength moves to the next level. We’ll use body weight, actual weights, and poles. Get ready to sweat!
Hali's signature heels class is a one hour, choreography-based, low flow class that combines low pole tricks, transitions & spins, floor work, and fluidity. She loves to include heel clacks, hair whips, and booty smacks... so expect to feel like the baddest in the room, at the same time as being challenged in all the best ways! Come prepared to WERK, and make sure to bring your knee pads & heels to each class!
This is your free time to practice everything you've been learning in classes. You can record, take pictures, practice and practice some more. An instructor will be in the room to assist as needed. You will not be taught anything new. This is review time.
