Must be able to complete the intro to pole and pole essentials I test out moves.
If you can execute pole essentials II and intermediate I test out moves, this level is for you.
The test out moves for intermediate II and advanced are the prerequisite for this level certification.
Fireman spin, chair spin, fan kick, carousel spin, pole sit from the ground, and a forward and backwards spin on spin pole.
Forearm climb (static/spin), Basic Invert to leg hangs, shoulder mount chopper to crucifix, reverse shoulder mount, jasmine pose (aerial), and any combo with three moves/spins from this level, electric switch, brass monkey, and apprentice.
Aerial invert, Aerial shoulder mount, any grip of an Ayesha, torso switch and a combo of any three moves on spin and static rotation.

You will meet once a week with a PBA Instructor
Ability to teach any foundational pole fitness class
Identify and explain activation of major muscle groups that are used for specific pole moves
Have confidence in giving constructive and positive feedback to clients
Identify proper warm up and cool down technique
Address self-care and be comfortable finding modifications for different body types and body strengths
Identify ways to safely breakdown and teach pole moves at your level
Utilize proper spotting of pole moves
